HomeCareLicenseCheck is published by CLEARDEAL LLC. It computes home care agency license verdicts and opening costs from a 50-state dataset checked against state licensing authorities — agency pages, statutes and published fee schedules — on October 22, 2026, and re-checked on a quarterly sweep.
We are not a licensing agency, a law firm, a franchise, a coaching program or a consultancy. We don't take money from franchises, coaches or consultants. We sell one thing: a $49 one-time Kit of worksheets and specifications. The checkers are free and complete without it.
As a map, not a ruling. Every verdict prints its source and its check date and ends with "confirm before you file" — because the agency decides your application, rules change, and your facts may differ from the ones you typed. When a state does not publish a figure, we print "Not published" rather than filling the gap from a blog.
